Broadmeadow Neighborhood Association invites you to join them for the Fab Food Fest on Saturday, December 10 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Broadmeadow United Methodist Church. The event will include fabulous food for sale – from appetizers to desserts (and all manner of tasty treats in-between), art from local artists (great holiday gifts) and fun activities for the kids (there will be a chocolate fountain involved!).

Gifts of the Seasons, the fourth installment of the award-winning Four Seasons of The Cedars Performing and Visual Art Series, has announced its opening reception Dec. 1, from 5pm – 8pm. The show will feature selected artists from previously held shows at The Cedars. Selected and featured artists are Sarah Jane Alston, Camp Best, Bewey Bowden, Scott Cook, Janie Davis, Cleta Ellington, Kit Fields, Ginny Futvoye, Jackson Garner, Pryor Graeber, Kay Holloway, Ellen Langford, Elizabeth Robinson, Streeter Spencer and Bebe Wolfe.

Swell-O-Phonic and Skate MS will host another skate jam and clinic this Sunday at Fondren Corner, located at 2906 North State Street in Fondren.
